Thanks Stefan for a quick response.

I missed to explain the whole scenario here.
Scenario:
In our SP2013 Farm, Automatic update was enabled and someone accidentally clicked on update and it has installed about 15 Security patches in one of the App Server.

In order to have all the Servers in the Farm to be in Sync, We have installed those 15 Security updates in all the Servers in the Farm and ran PS config wizard.

List of 15 Security Updates installed:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2737989
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2760508
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2760554
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2880473
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2881078
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2920730

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2956183
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3039768
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3054813
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3054862
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3085567
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3115169
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3115294
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3127927

Once it is installed, We get to see the Sharepoint Version at : 15.4841.1000 ( July 2016 CU)

Do I have to install the KB3115293 such that issue that we are currently facing can be addressed?
