SharePoint fixes are cumulative. That means that newer fixes include older fixes. In this case it means that June 2017 CU has superseded an older fix as the older fix is included in the newer one.
So that is not a problem at all. It just shows you the history of what has been installed and which fix replaced/includes which older fix.
