Thank you so much for your great post. Could you please clarify my question:
We installed September 9, 2014 Cumulative Update for Project Server 2013 package. The link says the build must be 15.0.4649.1001 but after I ran psconfig the build in Configuration database version is 15.0.4649.1000 and everything works as expected.
Does it mean something is wrong with our patching?
