Comment on May 2015 CU for SharePoint 2013 has been released by Stefan Goßner

Hi Prasanjit,
the first issue was fixed with October 2015 CU.
I haven’t heard about the second issue. I would recommend to open a support case with Microsoft to get this analyzed.
