Comment on January 2016 CU for SharePoint 2013 product family is available for download by Deepesh Yevle

HI,
We have an issue after install Jan 16 CU, one of my end user facing issue with Attachment :-User deleted a.pdf (attached file) and add same name a.pdf (attached file), when hits save button ,got error .. file already exists., while before the Jan 16 Patch its worked well.
