Hi Mike,the date is always the release date. Even if it is the June CU it was re-released on July 10th.And it can contain fixes up to this date. Cheers,Stefan

Hi WC this usually indicates that SP1 for Sharepoint Server 2010 or for one of the installed language packs is missing.Cheers,Stefan

It states "after you upgrade the operating system" not "after you install SP2".It should not matter if SP2 is installed first or June 2013 CU.

Hi Joerg,service packs are only for one language - you need to install separate service packs for each language. CUs contain fixes for all language packs.Cheers,Stefan
